Refund, Return & Credit Policy

Menodawn –    Events, Digital Products & Shipped Items

Last updated: [30/8/2026]

How this policy works

This policy forms part of, and must be read together with, the Menodawn Legal Terms published at menodawn.com/privacy-policy/ – in particular Section 8 (Statutory Right of Withdrawal), Section 9 (Digital Content, Courses and Immediate Access), Section 10 (No Refunds -All Sales Final) and Section 14 (Intellectual Property and Permitted Use). This policy sets out how those provisions apply in practice, and adds terms for events and for shipped physical items that are not covered elsewhere.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this policy and the Legal Terms, the Legal Terms prevail.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or overrides any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory consumer law applicable to you. This policy is divided into four parts:

Part A –    Events, retreats and trainings (Sections 1-10)
Part B –    Digital products: eBooks and online courses (Sections 11-19)
Part C –    Physical products: oracle cards, books and printed materials (Sections 20-31)
Part D –    General provisions (Sections 32-36)

Please note that some events promoted or booked through Menodawn are organized and delivered by independent third-party organizers, including Tantra Essence. Different terms apply to those events – please see Section 9.

PART A –  EVENTS, RETREATS & TRAININGS

At Menodawn, we are devoted to creating carefully held, high-quality transformational experiences. Each event involves advance venue reservations, team coordination, and financial commitments made well before the start date. We kindly ask all participants to read this Part carefully before registering.

1.    Payments & General Refund Policy

All event payments are generally non-refundable.
Once your registration is confirmed and payment is received, your place is secured and commitments are made on your behalf. Therefore, payments cannot be refunded except in cases of verified force majeure or approved medical emergency (see Sections 6 and 7).

Accommodation & Meals. For all trainings, including Teacher Trainings, Massage Trainings, and similar programs, if you are unable to attend:
Within one (1) month of the event start date, accommodation and meal fees are non-refundable.
We lovingly encourage participants to register only when they feel clear and committed to attending.

2.      Travel, Health & Personal Responsibility

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance at the time of booking.
Your insurance policy should ideally cover:
Trip cancellation and curtailment
Medical expenses and emergency repatriation Travel delays or disruptions
Force majeure-related travel interruptions Personal liability
Participants are solely responsible for:
Ensuring they meet all travel, visa, and entry requirements Complying with health regulations applicable at the event location Assessing their own physical, emotional, and psychological readiness to participate

3.       Credit Option

While refunds are not provided, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Participants may request to convert their payment into a credit under the following conditions:
The credit may be used for the same training or course at a future edition.
With prior written approval from the Menodawn Event Team, the credit may be transferred to another event directly organized by the Menodawn Event Team.

Credits cannot be used for:

Events hosted by independent third-party organizers, including Tantra Essence (see Section 9) Digital products, including eBooks and online courses (see Part B)
Physical products (see Part C)
Third-party collaborations not managed directly by the Menodawn Event Team All credit transfers require written approval from the Event Team.

4.   Credit Validity

Approved credits are valid for one (1) year from the original event start date.
If the credit is not used within one year, and no written communication has been made with the Menodawn Event Team to arrange its use, the credit will be considered forfeited. We encourage participants to remain in contact with us if support is needed in planning future attendance.

5.  Early Departure

If a participant chooses to leave an event after it has begun, for any reason, we are unable to offer a refund or partial credit. This includes personal decisions, emotional processes, scheduling changes, or other circumstances arising during the event. Our events are designed as complete journeys, and we invite participants to consider their readiness before committing.

6.  Medical Emergencies

In the case of a serious and unexpected medical emergency that makes attendance impossible, participants may submit a written request for review. Official medical documentation may be required.
Following review, the Menodawn Event Team may, at its discretion:
Grant a credit for future use, or In rare and exceptional circumstances, approve a partial refund Each case will be handled individually with care and fairness.

7.  Force Majeure

If attendance becomes impossible due to force majeure circumstances (such as government travel restrictions, natural disasters, war, or other legally recognized emergencies), the Menodawn Event Team will assess the situation.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer: Official documentation may be required.

8.  Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer

This section applies to events organized directly by Menodawn. For events organized by a third party, see Section 9.
Menodawn reserves the right to:
Adjust the event schedule
Modify facilitators or program elements Change venue (within reasonable standards) Postpone or cancel an event if necessary In the unlikely event that Menodawn cancels an event, participants will be offered either a full refund of the event fee, or a credit toward a future event. Menodawn is not responsible for additional personal expenses such as flights, visas, or external accommodation. We commit to communicating any changes as early and transparently as possible.

9.       Third-Party Organized Events

Some events promoted, hosted, or booked through Menodawn are organized and delivered by independent third-party organizers. This includes events organized by Tantra Essence. Where an event is organized by a third party, this will be clearly stated on the event page and in your booking confirmation before you complete your registration.
For third-party organized events, the following applies:
The third-party organizer is solely responsible for the delivery, content, facilitation, schedule, venue, and staffing of the event.
The third-party organizer’s own refund and cancellation terms apply and take precedence over this policy. Those terms will be made available to you before registration, and it is your responsibility to read them.

Menodawn acts only as a promoter and/or booking facilitator and is not the contracting party for the event itself.
Refund, credit, and cancellation requests must be submitted to the third-party organizer. Menodawn may assist by forwarding your request, but cannot approve, guarantee, or issue a refund or credit on the organizer’s behalf.
Credits issued by Menodawn cannot be used for third-party organized events, and credits issued by a third-party organizer cannot be used for events organized directly by Menodawn, unless agreed in writing by both parties.
Menodawn is not liable for changes, postponement, or cancellation of a third-party organized event, nor for any resulting personal expenses such as flights, visas, or external accommodation.
Where an event is jointly organized by Menodawn and a third party, the responsibilities of each party will be set out on the event page. If you are unsure who is organizing a particular event, please contact us before registering and we will confirm in writing

10. Consultations, Coaching Sessions and Session Packages

10.1 Rescheduling and cancellation

Requests to reschedule or cancel a booked session must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled starting time, through the contact facilities on Menodawn.com.

More than 48 hours’ notice: we will offer you [1] reschedule to a mutually convenient time, subject to availability, to be taken within [30] days of the original booking date. A rescheduled session that is again cancelled or missed is treated under the paragraph below.

Less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance: the session is treated as used and forfeited. No refund, credit or replacement session is owed where you failed to attend, forgot the appointment, experienced a personal scheduling conflict, or changed your mind.

A request to reschedule is not effective until we confirm it in writing. Repeated rescheduling, late cancellation or non-attendance may result in refusal of future bookings.

10.2 Statutory right of withdrawal

Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition to the rules above and prevails over them. The 14-day period runs from the day the booking contract is concluded.

Where you ask us to begin providing the service during that period and the session has already taken place, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided. Where the service has been fully performed during the withdrawal period and the legally required express request, consent and acknowledgement have been obtained, the right of withdrawal is lost.

10.3 Session packages

Where multiple sessions are purchased together, all sessions must be used within [3] months of the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period and are not refundable, extendable or exchangeable.

Packages are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, shared or resold without our prior written permission.

A package price reflects a discount for booking multiple sessions together. Where a valid withdrawal is exercised after one or more sessions have been used, the amount payable for the sessions already taken is calculated at our standard single-session rate, and the balance is refunded.

10.4 Sessions we are unable to provide

If we are unable to provide a paid session at the scheduled time, we will offer you a replacement time or, at your choice, a full refund of that session.

PART B –  DIGITAL PRODUCTS: eBOOKS & ONLINE COURSES

11.    What Part B Covers

Part B applies to digital products supplied electronically through Menodawn, including:
eBooks and other downloadable written material (PDF, EPUB or similar formats)
Online courses, whether self-paced, pre-recorded or delivered through a course platform Downloadable or streamed audio and video, guided practices, meditations and worksheets Bundles combining any of the above
Digital products are supplied electronically only. Nothing physical is shipped to you unless expressly stated on the product page. Where a bundle combines digital and physical items, see Section 31.

12.       Immediate Access and Its Effect on Cancellation Rights

Access to digital products begins immediately after your payment is confirmed. You receive your download link, login details or course access without any waiting period.
Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation under the law applicable to you, that right may be lost once supply of the digital content has begun. This applies where the legally required prior express request, express consent to immediate supply, and express acknowledgement of the loss of the withdrawal right have been obtained, in accordance with Sections 8.2 and 9 of the Legal Terms.
Acceptance of this policy does not by itself replace any separate consent that applicable law requires to be obtained at checkout. Where such separate consent is legally required, it will be requested before supply begins, and confirmation may be provided to you electronically on a durable medium. If you are not ready to receive immediate access on these terms, please do not complete the purchase.

13.       All Sales Final

Consistent with Section 10 of the Legal Terms, and except where a refund or other monetary remedy is required by applicable mandatory law, all purchases of eBooks and online courses are final and non refundable once access has been granted. Menodawn does not offer voluntary refunds, satisfaction guarantees or money-back guarantees on digital products, and event credits (Sections 3 and 4) cannot be applied to or generated by digital purchases.
In particular, no refund is owed merely because you:
change your mind after purchasing;
decide not to start, continue or complete a course;
do not download, open, watch or use all of the purchased content;
do not achieve an expected personal, emotional, health or other result; experience a change in personal circumstances, schedule, finances or availability;
consider the material unsuitable after purchase, where it was accurately described on the product page; later find similar content elsewhere, or at a lower price; or
miss a promotional price, discount or bundle offer (promotions are never applied retroactively).
We encourage you to read the full product description, curriculum outline and any preview or sample material before purchasing, and to contact us with questions before you buy. We are always glad to help you decide whether an offering is right for you.

14.        Where a Refund May Still Be Due

Nothing above removes your mandatory rights concerning digital content that is defective, non conforming, materially misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:
you never received access, or your access does not work;
a file or course is corrupted, incomplete or materially defective;
you received a materially different product from the one described on the product page.
We will always attempt to resolve the issue first – by re-sending access, supplying a working replacement file, or correcting the fault. Where the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
To help us respond quickly, please describe the problem, the device and browser you are using, and any error message you received.
Please note that we cannot resolve, and are not responsible for, problems caused by your own equipment or internet connection, an incompatible or unsupported device, an incorrect or inactive email address entered at checkout, or spam filters blocking your access email. Minimum technical requirements are stated on each product page and it is your responsibility to check them before purchasing.

15.      Duplicate and Mistaken Purchases

If you are charged more than once for the same product due to a payment or technical error, please contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
If you purchase the wrong product by mistake and have not accessed, opened or downloaded it, please contact us within 48 hours. We may, at our discretion and as a goodwill measure, exchange it for the correct product. Once any part of the material has been accessed, Section 13 applies.

16.       Access, Updates and Discontinuation

The access period for each online course is stated on its product page. Downloaded eBooks and files remain yours to keep, subject to the licence terms in Section 14 of the Legal Terms.
We may update, revise, improve or reorganize course content, and may make technical changes to delivery platforms, in accordance with Sections 9 and 19 of the Legal Terms. Where updates are made to a course you own, you will normally receive them at no additional cost.
Where we permanently discontinue a course during an access period you have paid for, we will provide an appropriate remedy – which may be an alternative offering of comparable value, or a refund proportionate to the unexpired portion of that period.
We recommend downloading any downloadable materials for offline safekeeping.

17.      Payment Plans and Instalments

Where a payment plan is offered, you are committing to the full purchase price. A payment plan is not a trial period, and instalments already paid are non-refundable. If an instalment fails or is not paid when due, we may suspend access until payment is brought up to date. Suspension for non-payment does not extend your access period or create any entitlement to a refund, and the outstanding balance remains due.

18.      Licence and Permitted Use

Digital content is licensed, not sold. Your licence, and the restrictions on sharing, resale, redistribution, credential sharing, commercial use and automated exploitation, are set out in full in Section 14 of the Legal Terms.
Where access is suspended or terminated for breach of those terms, no refund is due.

19.      Educational Purpose

eBooks and online courses are offered for educational, informational and personal-development purposes only. They are not medical, psychological or other professional advice, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed.
The full disclaimers –    including those relating to menopause, perimenopause, hormones, symptoms and wellbeing- are set out in Sections 4, 4.1, 17 and 46 of the Legal Terms. Please read them before purchasing. Dissatisfaction with your personal results is not grounds for a refund.

PART C – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: ORACLE CARDS, BOOKS & PRINTED MATERIALS

20.          What Part C Covers

Part C applies to tangible items shipped to you, including oracle card decks, printed books, guidebooks, journals, printed workbooks and any other physical item purchased through Menodawn.
Physical products are shipped internationally. Available destinations, shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

21.      Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are normally dispatched within [X] business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation, with tracking details where the selected shipping method provides them.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
[Region 1]: approximately [X-X] business days [Region 2]: approximately [X-X] business days Rest of world: approximately [X-X] business days

These estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays and peak periods, which are outside our control.
Unless a longer period is agreed with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract being concluded. If we cannot meet that deadline, we will contact you and you may agree an extended period or cancel the order for a full refund.

22.         Shipping Costs, Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order, and are shown to you before you complete your purchase.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay us, are determined by your local authorities, and are your responsibility as the importer.
We cannot predict, calculate or reimburse these charges, and we cannot mark shipments as gifts or declare a value lower than the price paid. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering. If a parcel is refused or abandoned because you do not wish to pay customs charges, Section 24 applies.

23.         Delivery, Risk and Damage in Transit

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you have nominated, takes physical possession of them.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible –       ideally within 7 days of delivery- with photographs of the item and of the outer packaging, and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. Please keep the packaging until the matter is resolved, as carriers often require it.
If your order does not arrive, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier. Where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note that carriers usually require a waiting period before a parcel can be formally declared lost; we will keep you informed.

24.         Incorrect Addresses, Refused and Undeliverable Parcels

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including any apartment or unit number, postcode and a contact telephone number where required by the carrier.
Where a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, because delivery attempts failed and the parcel was not collected from the carrier or depot, or because you refused delivery or declined to pay customs charges, we will refund the price of the goods less the original outbound shipping cost and any return, storage or handling charges we incur. Alternatively, you may ask us to re-ship the order at your cost.

25.         Your Right to Cancel and Return

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting equivalent rights, you have the right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day period runs from the day on which you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several separate consignments, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
To exercise this right, tell us your decision in a clear written statement before the 14 days expire –    by email through the contact facilities on Menodawn.com, or using the model form in Section 36. You do not need to give a reason.
After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us.

26.         Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered – in which case we cover the return cost.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. Until the goods reach us, they remain your responsibility, and we cannot process a refund for a return we have not received and you cannot evidence was sent.
For international returns, please mark the parcel clearly as “RETURNED GOODS” with a low or nil declared value for customs. We are not able to accept returns on which customs charges are levied against us, and any such charges may be deducted from your refund.

27.        Condition of Returned Items

You may handle and inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are, however, liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For oracle card decks and books, this means you may open the box or packaging and look at the contents. It does not extend to writing in, marking, folding, bending, creasing, soiling or otherwise using the item, or to discarding the original packaging, inserts or guidebook. Where value has been diminished, we may deduct a proportionate amount from your refund.

28.         Refunds for Returned Items

Once we have received the returned goods, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back – whichever is earlier- we will refund you within 14 days.
Your refund will include the price paid for the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost. Where you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option, we refund only the standard amount. It will not include the cost of returning the goods to us, or any customs duties or import taxes you paid to your own authorities –      those must be reclaimed from your local customs authority, and we will provide documentation to assist you where we can. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Currency conversion charges and international transaction fees applied by your own bank are outside our control.

29.         Items That Cannot Be Returned

The right to cancel does not apply to items made to your specification or clearly personalised, including items signed, inscribed or dedicated to order at your request.
It does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, or to sealed audio, video or software recordings that were unsealed after delivery. Standard oracle card decks and printed books are not covered by these exceptions and may be returned normally under Section 25, subject to Section 27.

30.         Faulty, Defective or Incorrect Items

Your right to cancel under Section 25 is in addition to, and does not replace, your legal rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract. Where goods are non-conforming, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund under applicable law –                                                                        in the EU, for a period of at least two years from delivery. Printing variations, minor colour differences between screen and print, and small variations in card stock or finish are inherent to production and are not defects.

31.     Mixed Orders and Bundles

Where a single order combines digital and physical items, the digital element is governed by Part Band the physical element by Part C. Cancelling and returning a physical item does not entitle you to a refund of the digital element where access has already been supplied. Where a bundle is sold at a single combined price, refunds for a returned physical component will be calculated on a proportionate basis reflecting the value attributable to that component.

PART D –  GENERAL

32.        How to Request a Refund, Return, Credit or Support

All requests must be made in writing through the contact facilities provided on Menodawn.com, and should include:
Your full name and the email address used at purchase
The product or event name, and your order or transaction number The date of purchase and, for shipped items, the date of delivery A clear description of your request and the reason for it Any supporting documentation –     photographs for damaged items, medical documentation, or details of a technical fault
We aim to acknowledge every request within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only and typically appear within 5-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Requests made by telephone, social media comment or verbal message cannot be processed.

33.         Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment is incorrect, or that a purchased product or service was not provided, please contact us first so the matter can be investigated. Payment disputes and chargebacks are governed by Section 12 of the Legal Terms.

34.          Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right or remedy available to you under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a mandatory statutory right conflicts with any term of this policy, the statutory right prevails and the remaining provisions continue to apply. International users should also refer to Section 23 of the Legal Terms.

35.        Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

36.         Model Cancellation Form

You only need to use this form if you wish to withdraw from a contract for physical goods. A clear statement by email is equally valid.

By completing a purchase or registration through Menodawn – whether for an event, an eBook, an online course, a physical item or any other offering – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund, Return & Credit Policy and to the Menodawn Legal Terms, and, where an event is organized by a third party, to that organizer’s terms as well.
